Cancellation and Change Terms

  • Team participation can be canceled by 30.4. at 23:59, with an 80% refund of the participation fee.
  • Team participation can be canceled by 31.5. at 23:59, with a 50% refund of the participation fee.
  • Team members can be changed until the start of the event. Changes must be reported to karjalacross@gmail.com.
  • A new member can be added to the team by 31.5. at 23:59. The addition must be reported to karjalacross@gmail.com, and the current fee for the registration phase must be paid.
  • A team can sell or transfer its participation rights to another team until the start of the event. The change must be reported to karjalacross@gmail.com.
  • Changing the series after registration is possible. The partial payment of the participation fee is not refunded if the series change is to a shorter series, but an additional fee is charged if the series change is to a longer series.
  • The participant has read the event guidelines and rules and understands the demands and risks of the event. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
  • If the event is cancelled due to force majeure reasons beyond the organizer's control, the organizer will refund 50% of the participation fees.
  • Registration is valid once the participation fee has been paid. The registration system will provide the payment and cancellation terms.
